Skills And Experiences
Your new role
As a Manager, you will:
- Drive outcomes and be responsible for engagements (both formal and informal) from start to completion.
- Be responsible for stakeholder management and engagement.
- Become part of the senior team and have input into strategy and implementation of strategy, across all parts of the business.
- Provide guidance, training and counsel to junior colleagues.
- Work as part of a team and collaborate across our offices.
- Be responsible for developing and deepening client relationships.
- Engage with our experienced Partners to further develop your career and career goals.
Our ideal candidate
- Various years' experience in advisory, restructuring and insolvency.
- Business / accounting degree or equivalent.
- CA / CPA qualified.
- ARITA qualified or undertaking.
- An assertive communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound analytical and report writing skills.
- High self-awareness, empathy and EQ.
- Highly motivated, with a strong team orientation with leadership qualities.
