Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a
Software Engineer
, offering the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely. The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support organizational goals and deliver high-quality user experiences. The role involves writing clean and efficient code, troubleshooting issues, improving system performance, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle.

The Software Engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, designers, and other engineers—to translate requirements into functional and scalable solutions. Responsibilities include implementing new features, maintaining existing systems, participating in code reviews, supporting integration activities, and ensuring adherence to development standards. Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, coding standards, and system design

  • Ability to develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Ability to work effectively in both on-site and remote environments
  • Familiarity with version control, APIs, databases, and development best practices is an advantage
  • Knowledge of cloud services, DevOps practices, or modern software architectures is a plus
