Factory Supervisor – Afternoon Shift

Civic Shower Screens & Wardrobes is an established, family-owned manufacturer supplying builders, commercial projects and retail customers across South East Queensland.

We are seeking a hands-on Factory Supervisor for our afternoon shift. This person will oversee the assembly team, solve production issues on the floor, and ensure work is completed safely, accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support afternoon assembly staff
  • Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress
  • Solve assembly and workflow issues as they arise
  • Maintain quality, safety and housekeeping standards
  • Train, guide and manage staff performance
  • Communicate with management on production outcomes
Requirements
  • Experience supervising people in a factory or trade environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Reliable, organised, and confident leading a team
  • Comfortable being hands-on and assisting when needed
