About the role:  Join our supportive team as a full-time welder / fabricator in our manufacturing facility.  You will use your fabrication experience to construct and repair metal products.  Duties and responsibilities include:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interpret Fabrication plans and sketches
  • Review drawings and job specifications to determine work requirements.
  • Repair and Maintenance to equipment.
  • Perform production line assembly and welding.
  • Prepare material for welding, cutting or fabrication.
  • Maintain records of work orders and materials used.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Be Safety conscious
  • Have the ability to work unsupervised when required and be a team player

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Relevant Trade Qualification
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in General welding, Aluminium, Mig & Tig
  • Ability to read and understand job sheets and drawings, reading instructions and take direction.
  • Work Health Safety (WHS) knowledge
  • Wages negotiable based on experience.
