Production Welder

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team in a garage and roofing manufacturing role, based in Sunshine, VIC. As a leading provider of high-quality sheds and garages, they pride themselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Maintaining equipment and coordinating services when required.
• Following set production schedules
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Able to prioritise daily activities.
• Understanding and best use of time keeping throughout the course of daily activities.
• Flexible and be able to adapt to change with Production Schedule.
• Be able to meet deadlines in a safe and productive manner.

Requirements:

• Recent experience in a manufacturing environment
• MIG welding
• Welding RHS and SHS
• Robot welding experience a bonus (not essential)
• Recent experience in a production / manufacturing environment
• Current licence & reliable transport
• The ability to interpret basic technical drawings.
• Proven ability to produce work to a high standard.
• A strong commitment to safety & all WHS policies.
• Welding equipment to for fill current WorkSafe guidelines
• Be able to use jigs and fixtures
