This role offers the chance to contribute to the world's largest bulk export port authority, covering multiple operational and future port sites including Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland and Varanus Island, and five future port sites. 

As a team member within the People and Capability team with a business area portfolio to oversee, the position focuses on delivering integrated injury management through proactive case handling, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

Key responsibilities include driving return-to-work outcomes, ensuring legislative and ISO compliance, building manager capability in injury prevention and rehabilitation, and supporting broader initiatives in diversity, wellbeing, and employee engagement

About You

You will be the type of person who has the ability to manage sensitive and high-risk injury management cases with professionalism and empathy.
