experienced Clinical Lead
 to guide our clinicians, shape service delivery, and continue raising the bar in child and adolescent mental health.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee clinical quality and ensure best-practice, evidence-based care.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments (cognitive, developmental, educational, behavioural, and emotional).
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of child developmental and mental health conditions.
  • Provide therapy for children, adolescents, and families, individually and in groups.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, schools, and allied professionals.
  • Contribute to resource creation, workshops, and professional training.

We're Looking For

  • Current registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) as a psychologist
  • Extensive experience in child and adolescent psychology.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and treat most developmental and psychological conditions.
  • Strong leadership, supervision, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent communication, report writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for ethical, client-centred, and innovative care.
  • Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance

Salary & Benefits

  • $98,000–$117,000 FTE
     (pro-rated for part-time), plus PD allowance.
