About the Role

We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Contract Carpenter to support bespoke residential construction and renovation projects across the Gold Coast. You'll be working alongside experienced builders and project managers to deliver high-quality timber work, structural framing, and finishing carpentry in line with architectural specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct framing, fix-out, and fit-off carpentry to premium standards
• Interpret plans, elevations, and construction details with precision
• Collaborate with site supervisors and trades to maintain workflow and timelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant worksite
• Provide own tools and transport; materials supplied
• Adhere to NCC and QBCC standards and site-specific safety protocols

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in residential carpentry (luxury or architectural builds preferred)
• Valid White Card and QBCC Trade Licence (or ability to work under licensed supervision)
• ABN and relevant insurances (Public Liability, Workers Comp if applicable)
• Own tools, PPE, and reliable transport
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
