We're seeking a dynamic cafe barista all-rounder to join our friendly team.

Role: Cafe All-Rounder, Barista

Location: Mickle Pickle Espresso, Tingalpa

Hours: Casual

Open times: Monday - Sunday 06:00 - 13:00

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers with a smile, providing a welcoming atmosphere

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe area

  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Previous barista experience in a fast paced environment necessary

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
