Join Dotti as the Store Manager at our Essendon DFO outlet – one of our largest, high-energy stores

We're on the lookout for a fashion-loving, people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and knows how to create a fun, inspiring atmosphere for both customers and team members. You'll lead by example, drive sales, and keep the store looking fresh and fabulous.

This is a Full-time position with availability required for weekends and public holidays.

A Day in the Life:

  • Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while keeping the store upbeat and customer-centric.
  • Train, coach and develop your team to help them reach their full potential.
  • Manage stock, minimise loss and maximise your store's sales opportunities.
  • Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites.
  • Create a fun, safe and inclusive environment for both your team and customers.
  • Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience managing a high-volume retail store.
  • A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs.
  • Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail.
  • A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coaching a team.
