Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Deloitte Services Pty Ltd Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Requisition ID: 39766

  • High energy. High impact. Big learning curve.
  • Join a fast-paced, fun team where no two days are the same.
  • You'll get flexibility, hands-on experience, and real opportunities to grow, all while helping shape how work gets done and careers are built across the firm.

Join a fast-paced, dynamic team where data meets people and insight drives performance. You'll work closely with business leaders in our Audit & Assurance portfolio, turning workforce data into recommendations that shape strategy, support commercial outcomes, and help people succeed across the firm.

We're looking for a confident, curious, and consultative problem-solver early in their career. You don't need all the experience yet — we'll support you to grow fast, think commercially, and become a trusted adviser to the business.

What you'll step into:

  • A high-energy team that knows how to get things done and have fun
  • A role full of variety — no two days are the same
  • Hands-on learning and exposure to senior stakeholders
  • Opportunities to build skills in workforce planning, resource scheduling, data analysis, and business influence

What will your typical day look like?

This role is all about connecting people, performance, and profit. You'll:

  • Support workforce planning and resource scheduling decisions, ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time
  • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Help align team capability with business demand
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve utilisation, efficiency, and outcomes

You'll gain practical experience in resource management and scheduling, commercial thinking, and stakeholder engagement — building a skill set that sets you up for a rewarding career inside the firm.

About the team

Our Resource Management team partners with leaders to ensure the right people are on the right work at the right time. We blend data, commercial understanding, and people insight to drive business performance.

We're collaborative, energetic, and influential — a team that knows the Audit & Assurance business inside out and plays a critical role in how it operates and grows.

Enough about us, let's talk about you

You are someone with:

  • 2-4 years' experience in a similar role
  • Enjoy solving problems and influencing senior business stakeholders
  • Are analytical, confident, and proactive
  • Want to learn quickly and take initiative
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, data-driven environment
  • Have strong Excel and data interpretation skills
  • Are organised, detail-oriented, and can handle competing priorities
  • Are keen to develop skills in workforce planning, resource scheduling, or management
