About the Role
As a Graduate Accountant, you'll be part of a collaborative team delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory services to a diverse client base. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of industries and work closely with experienced professionals who will support your technical development and career progression.
This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role. Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities may include:
- Preparation of financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS, and other compliance requirements.
- Assisting with business advisory and tax planning.
- Conduct research and analysis on tax legislation and accounting standards.
- Liaise with clients to gather financial information and provide support
- Maintain accurate workpapers and documentation
- Working closely with Managers, Partners and an experienced team of Accountants and Bookkeepers on a range of client matters.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Participate in internal training and professional development sessions.
About You

- a degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline;
- a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow;
- a passion for helping clients with their financial needs;
- a curious nature and strong desire to keep learning more advanced skills;
- a willingness to embrace opportunities and be coached and mentored by our Partners and Managers;
- the ability to share your knowledge with the team;
- prior experience in a public practice environment (advantageous, but not essential).
