About the role

Alliedcare Australia is seeking a qualified and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Melbourne, VIC. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional rehabilitative care to our NDIS clients, helping them regain and maintain their physical function and wellbeing.

This is a contract position, offering flexible work arrangements to accommodate your lifestyle and professional goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Providing hands-on physiotherapy treatments, including exercise prescription, manual therapy, and the use of specialised equipment
  • Collaborating with our existing support team (Fitcare Australia) to ensure continued progressions outside of your own sessions

What we're looking for

  • A degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated experience in a clinical physiotherapy role, preferably within a rehabilitation or outpatient setting
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and the multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
