Commercial electrical site foreman needed for projects across Melbourne's West and CBD

This established commercial electrical contractor has built a strong reputation across Melbourne for delivering high-quality electrical solutions in offices, retail, and hospitality projects. With a focus on safety, innovation, and teamwork, the company is expanding and seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on major projects.

Your new role -

As the Electrical Foreman, you will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll coordinate electricians and apprentices, manage scheduling, liaise with project managers, and maintain compliance with Australian electrical regulations. This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical expertise and ability to motivate teams will be critical.

What you'll need to succeed -

  • Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (VIC)
  • Proven experience in commercial electrical projects, ideally in a supervisory or foreman role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and drawings
  • Commitment to safety and compliance standards
  • White Card and current driving licence
