Valley Fasteners is a leading industrial supply and Fasteners Company with a combined 30 plus years' experience supplying specialized products to the construction, fabrication and mining industries.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic motivated Warehouse Storeman to join our team at our Rutherford Branch. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced industrial environment with a focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading/unloading of the deliveries In/Out
  • Stock Receipts & Put Away.
  • Picking, Packing & labelling of orders accurately and efficiently
  • Job Scheduling
  • Vendor Refill/Deliveries

  • Perform rolling stock takes and inventory control

  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

  • Safe Operate forklift (if licensed)
  • Uphold OH&S Policies & Procedures.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of Fasteners & Industrial Consumables.
  • Outstanding Customer Service
  • Basic Computer Skills Word/Excel, Knowledge in EXO an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or Storeman role (preferred).
  • Forklift license (highly desirable).
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

  • A positive Can Do attitude.

  • Good phone and communication skills.

  • A positive attitude.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously.
  • Demonstrate competency in previous roles.
