About Us:
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort through the waste materials on conveyor belts to identify and remove non-concrete items (e.g., wood, plastics, metal, etc.).
  • Ensure materials are accurately sorted and placed in the appropriate disposal containers.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the plant.
  • Monitor conveyor belts for any issues or blockages and report them to the supervisor.
  • Work in a safe manner, following all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure quality control and prevent contamination of the concrete recycling process.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a waste management or recycling plant is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to distinguish between concrete and non-concrete materials.
  • Comfortable working with machinery and conveyor belts.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • A positive attitude towards health and safety practices.
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions, as some duties may be outdoors.
