High Reach Forklift Operator - Lytton

Toll People, in partnership with our client, are currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators to join a dynamic team based in Lytton. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who value consistent work, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are committed to maintaining high safety standards.

These casual roles offer strong potential to transition into permanent positions for the right candidates-a great chance to secure long-term employment with a reputable company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate forklifts (up to 6 tonnes) to move and transport stock within warehouse and production areas
  • Perform stock replenishment and put-away tasks
  • Load and unload trucks, ships, and storage racks
  • Manually pick parts and prepare trolleys or pallets for production transport
  • Use computer systems to check orders, stock levels, and part availability
  • Carry out general warehouse duties and housekeeping as directed
  • Perform manual handling tasks as required
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Maintain and adhere to strict safety protocols

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating High Reach Forklifts
  • At least 5 years' overall forklift operating experience
  • Proven background in warehouse and despatch environments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
