About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and reliable CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC glass-cutting, edging, and drilling machines. You'll play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machinery used for glass cutting, polishing, and shaping
• Load and unload glass sheets with care and precision
• Read and interpret job sheets, drawings, and production schedules
• Set up machines, select and adjust programs, and perform calibration checks
• Conduct quality inspections of finished glass products
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
• Record production data and report any faults or issues to the supervisor
• Adhere strictly to all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience operating CNC machines (glass, metal, or similar fabrication industry)
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools accurately
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physically fit and capable of handling glass materials safely
• Team player with good communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Highly Regarded:

• Experience with glass CNC machinery
