• Greeting and welcoming patients, creating a positive first impression of the practice
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments while balancing the needs of multiple patients
• Communicating effectively with patients in person and over the phone to address enquiries and concerns
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
• Assisting with the preparation of patient files and radiological examinations
• Performing various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and inventory management
• Collaborating closely with the medical team to support efficient clinical operations

• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Proficiency in using medical software and general computer systems
• A friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanour
• A commitment to high-quality patient care and upholding the values of our practice
• Knowledge of a second language (Chinese or Vietnamese) is highly regarded
