Pay Rate: $36.31dollars per hour to $41.76 dollars per hour
Shifts:
Start on Day Shift with the opportunity to move to Afternoon Shift based on business needs and performance

Our client is a leading manufacturer of paints, coatings, and industrial chemicals. We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Technician to join the team at their Yennora facility.
About the Role
This is a physically active position that includes both production and forklift operation. The successful candidate will initially work on the day shift and may transition to the afternoon shift depending on operational requirements and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the batching and dispatch of paints and coatingsMeasure raw materials accurately and follow batch instructionsOperate plant machinery and forklifts safely and efficientlyAdhere to strict safety, quality, and environmental protocolsMaintain cleanliness and functionality of production areas and equipmentCollect samples for laboratory testingWork safely in an environment with temperature changes, dust, and noiseHandle chemicals safely and in accordance with proceduresRequirements
Experience in manufacturing or productionAbility to lift and handle items up to twenty kilogramsStrong verbal and written communication skillsA team player with a proactive and self-starting attitudeFull working rights in AustraliaHow to Apply
