The Opportunity

As the successful applicant, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with clinical teams, healthcare providers, and clients to deliver care within your scope.
- Develop and manage client care plans, collecting and assessing relevant information to meet goals.
- Cast, modify, fit, and evaluate prostheses to ensure they achieve desired outcomes.
- Attend amputee clinics and collaborate with specialists to prescribe appropriate treatments.
- Communicate with the technical team to assist with prosthesis manufacturing and ensure quality.
- Follow safety protocols, minimise risks, and maintain clean and organised work areas.
- Maintain accurate client records and adhere to funding, administrative, and reporting requirements.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and ensure all actions align with company values and policies.
You may have all or some of the following skills/experience:
- A Bachelor's or Master's in Prosthetics & Orthotics or equivalent
- Current membership with the Australian Orthotic & Prosthetic Association (preferred)
- Strong focus on patient care with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work well within a team and handle a variety of technical and clinical tasks
- Proactive approach and a commitment to continuous learning

Please note this role is based onsite at our Northmead Clinic with occasional travel to other clinics when required.
