The Role

Working closely with your Buyer and Allocator to drive the success of your business, as a Planner at B&L, you are involved with all aspects of the business from the strategic vision of your department to where stock is finally allocated. We work as a Team to drive outcomes and collaborate cross functionally across Marketing, Visual Merchandise and Store Operations.

About You

In this hands-on role, youll lead inventory planning, optimise stock allocation, and analyse key metrics to support commercial success across all channels.

Youll collaborate cross-functionally with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and Store Operations and contribute directly to business decisions, including the development of seasonal strategies presented to the CEO.

Your day will consist of:

  • Participating in the development of the seasonal merchandise strategy and presentation to CEO.
  • Managing OTB and Inventory.
  • Coaching and mentoring Allocators.
  • Analysing the performance of a portfolio, to drive improvement.
  • Driving financial targets sales, gross profit, stock turn, gmroi, aged stock.
  • Contribute positively in a fast paced environment.

Who you are

  • 2-3 years experience in a seasonal business.
  • Experience working in apparel.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively cross functionally.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytics, and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Ability to problem solve creatively and contribute positively in a fast paced, high-volume business.
