About the Role

This is a hands-on position, perfect for someone who enjoys working with tools and seeing a product come to life. You'll be trained in the assembly of our decorative and custom lighting products, supporting quality control, wiring, and product preparation. No formal qualifications required – just a positive attitude, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Your day-to-day will include:


• Assembling lighting products using hand and power tools – electrical soldering a must.


• Assisting with wiring and product configuration (training provided)


• Conducting basic quality checks before final testing


• Helping with packing and dispatch preparation


• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area


• Following health and safety protocols at all times

What You'll Bring

• Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail


• Physically fit – able to safely lift and move components


• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious


• Willing to learn new skills and contribute to a supportive team


• Previous assembly, lighting, furniture, or warehouse experience a plus (but not essential)
