Forklift Operator - Warehouse All-Rounder

Location: Athol Park

Job Type: Full-time / Casual

Start Date: Immediate start available

We're on the lookout for a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team. If you're experienced, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts to move goods across warehouse and loading docks
  • Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
  • Stack and organise pallets and bulk items in designated areas
  • Conduct daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues
  • Ensure all loads are secure and evenly distributed
  • Assist with inventory control and stock rotation
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Support general warehouse operations as required
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid LF forklift licence
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or industrial setting
  • Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
  • Physically fit and capable of manual handling
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems (advantageous)
Work Environment:
  • Warehouse and loading dock setting
  • May include cold storage areas depending on product type
  • Fast-paced and physically demanding environment
