Our client based in Coopers Plains is currently looking for Truck Offsider , pay rate is $36 - $48.64 per hour. Immediate start and possible ongoing work for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the driver with loading and unloading of goods, furniture, or equipment
  • Secure loads safely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit
  • Navigate and direct the driver when reversing or maneuvering in tight areas
  • Handle goods with care, ensuring items are delivered in original condition
  • Communicate effectively with clients on-site in a polite and professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the truck and equipment
  • Follow all WHS (Work Health & Safety) procedures and company policies
  • Support the team with general labouring duties as required

Your Profile

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience handling and transporting premium furniture, especially for display homes
  • Physically fit and able to manage manual tasks efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on care and quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
