Job Summary:

Stockwell is seeking a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for retail and placemaking.  We are seeking a versatile marketer to execute marketing initiatives across leasing, shopping centre promotions and targeted support for some of Stockwell's businesses including Splash Learn to Swim and the soon to be delivered Brisbane Portrait Gallery at 51 Fish Lane, South Brisbane.  This role is perfect for a lateral thinker who is adaptable, has a sharp eye for opportunity and can drive occupancy, enhance customer experience and support commercial success.

Position Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Retail and Marketing, your role is to know who Stockwell is, our diverse retail centres and businesses, and then convert this into compelling communications and operational actions including:

  • Driving day to day marketing operations and lead generation initiatives for leasing to lease shops.
  • Develop and deliver awareness campaigns to drive visitors to our retail centres.
  • Deliver resources and marketing outputs to support the Brisbane Portrait Gallery Manager to help them position the Gallery, drive visitation, and deliver successful exhibitions.
  • Deliver resources and marketing outputs to help support the Facilities Manager continue to grow members at Splash Learn to Swim.
  • Position and protect the Stockwell brand.
  • Working closely with Leasing, Retail, Gallery and Facilities Manager to create alignment in delivering targets.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

  • Have worked in property or retail marketing.
  • Have a degree in communications or marketing.
  • Can translate the customer journey into operational actions.
  • Have managed people and agencies/partners to deliver KPIs and grow their skills and experience.
  • Delivered multiple projects to time and budget objectives.
  • Experience in working effectively in project teams and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Have broad experience with multiple marketing systems and design technologies.
