Gaming Attendant – Norths Leagues & Services Club

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, exciting environment? Norths Leagues & Services Club is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Gaming Attendants to join our team

Located in the heart of Kallangur, Norths is a leading hospitality venue with a proud reputation for excellence in gaming, dining, and entertainment. We're more than just a Club – we're a community hub, and our team is the heartbeat of everything we do.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Delivering friendly, efficient and professional service to our valued members and guests
  • Assisting patrons in the gaming lounge with machine operations and general enquiries
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
  • Handling payouts, float balancing, and cashiering duties with accuracy
  • Ensuring compliance with RSA and RSG regulations at all times

What We're Looking For:
  • A positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
  • Previous gaming or hospitality experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Current RSA & RSG certificates, Current Police Check (mandatory)
