Casual Practice Nurse – Hollywood GP (Nedlands)

Are you an experienced and passionate Registered Nurse looking to make a difference in a supportive, patient-focused general practice?

Hollywood GP, located in Nedlands, is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our friendly and collaborative team on a casual basis (approx. 12 hours per week, with additional shifts to cover staff leave). This role is ideal for someone wanting just a few shifts each week – whether you're a mum returning to the workforce, balancing other commitments, or simply looking for flexibility in a welcoming clinic environment.

About the Role

As a key member of our clinical team, you'll work in our fully equipped treatment room, delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Wound care and dressings
  • Immunisations and vaccinations
  • ECGs and clinical observations
  • Assisting with minor procedures, including iron infusions
  • Supporting GPs in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a treatment room or general practice setting
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Strong clinical skills with demonstrated experience in wound care, immunisations, and assisting in minor procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Immunisation Program Schedule
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Experience with Best Practice software desirable
