We're currently looking for Café Attendants who are passionate about great service and enjoy working in a team environment. In this role, you'll play an important part in creating a welcoming experience for our guests across our leisure centres.

Café attendants will promote products to customers and look to maximise revenue, they will prepare food and beverages as required to serve our many customers and also undertake POS transactions. They will take pride in the presentation of our café services, ensure food is well stocked and presented and undertake regular cleaning of food preparation, serving and customer areas.

Specifically your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Café preparation, operation, presentation and sales
• Process sales accurately in the POS system
• Prepare food and beverages in line with training and direction.
• All administrative duties that are required as part of a successful café function, including health regulation reporting and completion of checklists.
• Outstanding service delivery to all customers and stakeholders
• Team player energy - We work as a team in the cafe as it can be fast paced but very rewarding

Desired Skills and experiences

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service
• Food Handling Certificate
• The position will be subject to relevant pre-employment checks such as a Police Check and must maintain a current working with children check.
• The successful applicant must hold or be willing to attain First Aid and CPR qualifications
• RSA is not mandatory but desired - for Casey Stadium events.
