The Drug Detection Agency (TDDA) Adelaide is a complete, end-to-end solution provider for all workplace drug and alcohol policy, education and testing needs.

We are searching for a new casual team member with high customer service skills willing to work flexible hours and interact closely with TDDA's clients. You will work from our Thebarton based office using our purpose-built mobile testing vans to service clients and report directly to the Operations Manager.

You will receive full and exclusive TDDA training to become an accredited on-site specimen collector for drug and alcohol testing services.

Any previousexperience in this field would be preferred and highly regarded. Immediate start available for the right candidates.

You will require your own reliable and roadworthy vehicle with a current and clean drivers licence. Flexibility is imperative, as testing is sometimes required by companies at all hours of the day and night 7 days a week. TDDA uniforms will be provided to the successful applicant.

You will be of immaculate personal presentation and expected to interact with clients and suppliers in a professional manner. TDDA uniforms will be provided to the successful applicant.

Key Skills and Attributes required for this role include:

  • Be available 3-4 days per week and enjoy early morning & evening work
  • Be proficient in the use of iPhones/iPad
  • Have a own roadworthy/reliable transport with a current Driver's Licence
  • Must hold a full driver's licence only
  • Must be able to drive a manual vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and within time frames
  • Immaculate personal presentation
  • Exceptional attention to detail in completing paperwork (computer and by hand)
  • Be computer literate in Microsoft word, excel and Outlook 365.
  • Be able and willing to handle biological specimens
  • Successful applicants can expect 15+ hours per week

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform onsite testing for drugs of abuse from hair, urine or oral fluid specimens
  • Perform onsite breath testing for alcohol.
  • Maintain chain of custody of samples and detailed records of all visits and samples.
  • Ensure the timely transport of samples after collection.
  • Supportive office based administration processes.
  • Communicate effectively with the Operations Manager.
  • Company Advocacy – pride in the company, working with our systems and policies, striving for improvement, communicating issues or concerns with a solution based attitude.

Pre-employment hair drug test, criminal background & Drivers Licence check
