As well as this they are a licenced installer for a variety of other energy products with a field team of around x15 installers for other divisions.

From that, they have strong operational procedures, project management and compliance; which all extrapolates in to their daily function and culture, placing them a cut above the rest in the industry.

Your position

This position is for an Accredited Lead Solar & Battery Installer Electrician with all stock and material delivered to site for you each day. Your main responsibility is project work installing solar and battery with some labourers and apprentices supporting you, ensure standards are met and maintained in the installations and projects being delivered and making sure quality is upheld.

• Field based completing installations for Solar & Battery
• Company car provided + fuel card + toll tags or car allowance
• Installing mainly on homes for domestic residential installs
• All stock and materials delivered to site daily for you
• Completing installs typically with the help from 1 or 2 labourers
• Having an apprentice working with you for roof and mounting work
• Ensuring quality and standards are met and maintained for work
• Perform audits of jobs as per requirements
• Respond to issues or rectifications handling resolutions
• Working alongside the project delivery team ensuring projects are rolled out successfully

Experience needed

You will ideally have you SAA/CEC accreditation for solar and battery and have genuine experience installing and commissioning solar for residential.

You will be able to complete quality work and have strong electrical trades skills.

• Solar installation experience
• Accredited licences in Electrical & Solar SAA/CEC
• Have strong understanding of quality and standards
• Esurance of project compliance and safety
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and with a team
• Can travel to sites and projects throughout
