We're now seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality legal support across multiple practice areas.

About The Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with our solicitors and principal lawyer on a wide variety of matters, including:

  • Property – residential and commercial conveyancing, leasing, off-the-plan, and property disputes.
  • Family Law – parenting, property settlements, binding financial agreements, and consent orders.
  • Estate Planning & Administration – wills, powers of attorney, probate, and estate distribution.
  • Commercial Law – business sales, contracts, and structuring.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

  • Drafting legal documents such as advice, statements of claim, affidavits, and court submissions.
  • Preparing contract reviews, settlement documents, and client correspondence.
  • Managing files from start to finish with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders in a professional and personable manner.

About You
You are:

  • A highly experienced paralegal (minimum 3–5 years) with strong drafting and file management skills.
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively across multiple areas of law.
  • Skilled in legal drafting, research, and client communication.
  • Proficient in Smokeball, Outlook, and PEXA (or willing to learn).
  • Positive, proactive, and passionate about providing exceptional client service.
