Peoplesoft Project Manager(HCM/HRMS)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities

- Must Have Skills: Stakeholder management, collaboration and leadership qualities.
- Experience as PeopleSoft HCM/HRMS consultant's role and Project Manager in recent past.
- Experience in Public Sector / Human Resources domain.
- Experience in Oracle PeopleSoft ERP as functional consultant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well versed with Agile ways of working
- Should be an Australian Citizen having baseline clearance
- Extensive experience in developing test plan and test scripts
- Extensive experience in developing project plan, identifying resource requirement, define
- timelines, track completion and reporting status to project sponsors and key stakeholders
- Expertise in Designing, Development, Implementation, Customization, Maintenance, Interfacing/
- Reporting, Data Conversion, Testing and Post-production migration support
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft application development using People Tools like Application Designer,
- PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Approval workflow engine (AWE),
- Workflows and XML/BI publisher.
- Strong in Project Management skills for large projects
- Nice to Have Skills:
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.

- Responsible for full Program and Project Management lifecycle, from initiation through to
- close, including but not limited to Prepare, Define & Plan, Analysis and Design, Build and
- Test, deploy, and run using a Hybrid framework.
- Deliver high standards of Project Governance and compliance while meeting all Service
- acceptance criteria and parameters.
- Spearhead the entire project lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning to execution and
- implementation.
- Lead a diverse team of experts, including process owners, business support, business
- analysis, security, testers, sustainment, architects, vendors, service providers, quality
- assurance experts, and sourcing specialists.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders at the program, project, and client levels,
- providing regular updates on project status, financials, timelines, scope management,
- deliverables, and risk mitigation plans. Additionally, manage project change requests as
- necessary.
- Develop and monitor project metrics such as timelines, budgets, and scope baselines across
- multiple projects.
- Prioritize tasks for both functional and technical teams, and address any escalations or
- conflicts that may arise during execution.
- Develop strategies to optimize resource allocation, reduced project redundancy, and
increased overall project success rates.
