Our wellness facilities include a 25m heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and gym, available to all guests and Country Club members. For our Forest Lodge guests, the exclusive Forest Bathing Deck offers a private sanctuary set amongst the trees, complete with a sauna, hot tub, ice bath, and fire pit.

As our Day Spa and Country Club continue to grow, we're expanding our team with opportunities across leadership, senior, and junior therapist roles. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, as we understand the importance of balance and flexibility.

Multiple Opportunities Available:

We are currently recruiting for:

• Wellness Manager – lead and inspire our Day Spa & Country Club team, oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional treatments, mentor and train therapists, and drive an outstanding guest experience while achieving strong results.
• Senior Spa Therapist – deliver expert spa treatments, provide personalised guest care, and support the growth of the team by mentoring and guiding junior therapists.
• Spa Therapists (Junior & Experienced) – provide tailored spa and wellness treatments, create memorable guest experiences, and grow your skills with hands-on training and professional development.

Staff accommodation is available just minutes from the property for those relocating.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver a range of luxury spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies, using premium Australian products and advanced tools such as the Dermalux Tri-Wave MD LED.
• Create a welcoming, restorative experience for every guest.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and atmosphere across the spa and hotel.
• Share knowledge and recommendations from our La Gaia product range.
• Support spa & country club administrative duties and day-to-day operations.
• (For leadership roles) Guide, mentor, and inspire the team to ensure excellence in service and culture.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience – Previous experience in a luxury spa, beauty, or wellness environment is preferred. For the Wellness Manager role, proven leadership and administrative skills are essential.
• Qualifications – A diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy or Massage. We also welcome therapists returning to the industry and provide hands-on training.
• Passion & Professionalism – Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional treatments and a genuine commitment to guest wellbeing.
• Flexibility – Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends.
