About Us

Nosh is growing fast — and we're on the lookout for our next Catering Sales Account Manager.

We're a Melbourne-born, Japanese-inspired health food brand bringing fresh, feel-good eats to offices, productions, and events across the Melbourne. Our catering arm is booming, and we're ready to grow even more - with you on board.

What You'll Do

Your mission: grow Nosh's catering business while keeping our existing clients smiling (and well-fed).

  • Identify and secure new catering opportunities (corporate, events, agencies, productions)
  • Manage and nurture existing corporate clients to drive repeat business and loyalty
  • Build relationships with our SEO agency to support lead generation and growth
  • Respond to enquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and follow up promptly
  • Attend tastings, client meetings, and networking events (yes, delicious perks included)
  • Work closely with our General Manager, Area Manager, and store teams to ensure every order runs smoothly
  • Contribute to catering marketing ideas and social content
  • Track and report on sales performance

About You

You're a natural connector with a love for good food and great conversations. You know how to build trust, follow through, and bring energy to every interaction.

  • Confident communicator who thrives on relationships
  • Sales-minded with an eye for opportunity and detail
  • Driven by results, not just KPIs
  • Minimum 2 years' sales and/or account management experience
  • Hospitality or catering experience is a big plus (but not essential)
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
