We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner (Mobile Equipment) to join our team at the Phosphate Hill mining project.

Roster & Lifestyle

About the Role

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective maintenance plans, managing SAP data, and coordinating resources to ensure safe and efficient operation of our mobile fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly and 3 monthly maintenance plans for scheduled services, components, and backlog tasks;
  • Monitor performance against the plan and report variances to management;
  • Prepare work scopes, cost estimates, and schedules for planned maintenance;
  • Review condition monitoring data and generate appropriate work orders;
  • Organise and expedite parts, consumables, and contractor services within timeframes;
  • Recommend improvements to SAP maintenance plans and scheduling processes;
  • Maintain a register of site inventories and report procurement activities daily;
  • Produce reports on maintenance performance, equipment reliability, and planning outcomes.

About You

  • Relevant trade qualification (essential)
  • Proven experience in a mobile maintenance planning role within mining or contracting
  • Strong skills in SAP, MS Excel, and MS Project
  • Knowledge of life cycle costing, budgeting, and large mobile equipment (hydraulic excavators, haul trucks, ancillary gear)
  • You will be an organised individual with great communication skills who is keen to join a great team
