Reporting to the Selections Manager, you will guide clients — from leading residential builders to renovators and developers — through a refined selection journey.

You'll assist families in bringing their design visions to life, from the first consultation through to the final details, offering expert advice across tiles, bathroom ware, and hard flooring.

This position is pivotal in nurturing relationships, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and elevates the overall client experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one consultations to provide bespoke design and colour guidance
• Managing all aspects of product selection and documentation with precision and care
• Curating design solutions that balance aesthetic aspirations with practical considerations
• Liaising with builders and clients to ensure seamless project outcomes
• Recognising opportunities to elevate projects through thoughtful recommendations
• Maintaining showroom presentation and product displays to reflect brand standards at all times
• Contributing as a proactive team member to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client experiences

Your success is built on:

• Experience as a Colour Consultant, Interior Designer, or a Design Graduate with a refined aesthetic sense
• Previous experience working with builders or residential projects (highly regarded)
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to guide clients with confidence and warmth
• Proven results in a design, sales, or client consultation environment
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset and pride in maintaining a beautiful showroom environment
• Impeccable presentation, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Self-motivation and accountability within a design-driven team
