Duncraig Smiles Dental Clinic is seeking a part-time Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and patient-focused team in Duncraig, Western Australia. In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our dental practice.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome patients in a warm and professional manner
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Handle patient inquiries and bookings over the phone
• Maintain accurate patient records and file management
• Assist with billing, processing payments and insurance claims
• Support the dental team by ordering supplies and maintaining a well-organised front office
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using dental 4 Windows and Microsoft Office suite
• A friendly, professional and enthusiastic approach to customer service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
