Civil Construction Trainer and Assessor

About the role
Training U Pty Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Construction Trainer and Assessor to join our team to support a new construction project. The role is site based on a 2 week on 1 week off roster with a minimum of 3 month duration and is based in the Pilbara.
What you'll be doing
- Conducting verification of competencies on new starters
- Conducting nationally recognised training and assessment when required
- Providing support and guidance to learners throughout their training
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation
- Collaborating with the client to ensure consistent and effective training outcomes
What we're looking for
- Relevant vocational qualification in civil construction plant i.e. Excavator, Front End Loader, Skid Steer, Grader, Dozer, Water Cart, Articulated Haul Truck
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience as a trainer and assessor in the civil construction plant
- Strong knowledge of relevant industry regulations, standards and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
