What you'll be doing
The purpose of this position is to ensure Sydney Children's Hospital Randwick (SCH) staff and other clients have appropriate stock, storage, mail and distribution of goods. The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day supervision of the goods and mailroom functions including:
- The provision of leadership and supervision of stores, mail and goods staff
- The receipt, storage, distribution & return of goods processed in and through the store
The role will ensure the efficient receiving, receipting, delivering and ordering of goods and mail, including stock, non-stock, gas, mail from suppliers to wards and departments within SCH.
About You
- Has current LF Forklift Licence and a NSW Unrestricted Class C Current Driver's Licence.
- Demonstrates experience in the Stores/Warehousing operations in a large complex facility.
- Demonstrates knowledge and practical experience in the use of Oracle system in inventory management or equivalent warehouse management system.
