This is no ordinary Office Manager position. You'll be at the heart of a busy construction and insurance-based business, where no two days look the same. You'll manage the day-to-day running of the office, support leadership, and make sure the entire operation runs like a well-oiled machine.

From organising travel and managing compliance documents to coordinating new staff onboarding and keeping the workplace humming — you'll have your hands in just about everything. It's a role for someone who's proactive, organised, and loves taking ownership.

Your day-to-day might include:

  • Keeping office operations running seamlessly, from supplies to scheduling and maintenance
  • Managing onboarding, uniforms, and HR admin for new team members
  • Coordinating travel, vehicle registrations, and logistics
  • Maintaining ISO and compliance records
  • Overseeing supplier contracts, licenses, and insurance renewals
  • Supporting leadership with reporting, communication, and organisation
  • Jumping in wherever needed to make sure things just get done

What you'll bring:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to anticipate what needs doing next
  • Previous experience in office management or administration (ideally in construction, trades, or similar environments)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general tech-savviness
  • A steady hand under pressure and a great sense of humour
