We are seeking an experienced and dedicated in-store florist to join our team, serving two of Perth's most beloved fresh food markets: Fresh Provisions East Fremantle and Fresh Provisions Mt Lawley.

This is a unique opportunity to showcase your floral artistry and bring the beauty of fresh, seasonal blooms to our discerning clientele. You will be responsible for providing creative arrangements, offering expert advice to customers, and managing the day-to-day operations of our floral departments. This role requires your creative direction to be guided by customer sales and preferences, ensuring a successful and dynamic offering that resonates with our community.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a florist with a strong portfolio of work.
• Expertise in stock purchasing and inventory management, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection of flowers.
• Strong retail pricing skills to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
• Excellent reporting skills, including managing sales data and inventory reports.
• A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Role Details:

• Minimum 28 hours per week.
• A competitive salary, starting at the Award rate minimum and adjusted for experience.
• Vehicle allowance paid in addition to salary for business-related travel between our two locations.
• We will also consider a subcontractor working on site.
