About the role

As a Banyule Assertive Outreach Case Manager, you'll work directly with people sleeping rough or at risk of homelessness, providing outreach, advocacy, and tailored support. Through proactive engagement in the Banyule community, you'll connect individuals with housing, health, and other vital services, helping them stabilise their lives and build towards independence. This role plays a vital part in bridging the gap between rough sleepers and support systems, making a real difference in people's lives while contributing to MOSS's mission to end homelessness.

We're seeking candidates with qualifications in community services, social work, or a related field, and experience in assertive outreach or homelessness support. You'll be collaborative, culturally sensitive, and committed to social justice, with strong advocacy and case management skills.
