The Company
Converge International is a leader in providing workplace health and wellbeing and people risk management solutions. We assist some of Australia's largest industry, government, and corporate clients in supporting their people in building healthy workplaces and resolving their people issues. We provide a range of Employee Assistance Programs, counselling, and crisis response services.
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced administrator to provide end to end coordination and administration support across our People Assist department. This role is customer focused, where you will be supporting a variety of internal and external stakeholders all across Australia. Working in a collaborative team, you'll be able to support our customers, team, and clients in need by ultimately helping to find the right consultant for the job.
Responsibilities include:
• Provide team operational and administrative support
• Opportunity to coordinate the end-to-end setup of new contracts
• End to end coordination for Onsite resourcing, tracking daily progress and following up all outstanding information and tasks with consultants
• Problem solve queries from both internal and external stakeholders, and work under pressure
• Support with consultant induction training
• Create, update, and maintain accurate job records on applicable databases
We're seeking individuals who can demonstrate:
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• Eager to learn new systems
• Beginner experience with excel is advantageous
