About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer to join our fast-paced distribution centre in the Concord area in NSW. As a Warehouse Packer, you will play a crucial role in our pick and pack operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient fulfilment of customer orders. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry. You will also be asked to maintain the warehouse and keep the warehouse in a clean, working manner.

What you'll be doing

  1. Carefully pick, pack and label customer orders to meet quality and efficiency standards.
  2. Accurately scan, weigh and label outgoing parcels
  3. Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse work environment
  4. Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets
  5. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a Warehouse Packer or similar role in a fast-paced distribution environment
  2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  3. Good communication and teamwork skills
  4. Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
  5. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and processes
  6. Physical fitness to stand for long periods and perform manual handling tasks
