We're looking for an inspiring and results-driven Store Manager, to lead our Rebel Rosny team to the next level.

As Store Manager, you'll drive performance across all key areas, team engagement, customer experience, commercial results, and operational excellence, while bringing our brand purpose to life: encouraging all Australians to live their passion for sport and fitness.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established store with a passionate team and a loyal customer base. You'll have the autonomy to make an impact and the support of a connected, high-performing network.

Our Store Managers are champions of our people. They lead by example and inspire team members to achieve their best by providing outstanding customer experiences. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

  • Senior retail management experience.
  • A track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service.
  • A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities.
  • Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
