ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and friendly trainee to join a well-established retail team while completing a Certificate III in Retail (SIR This 12-month, full-time paid traineeship offers hands-on experience in customer service, product advice, merchandising, and general store operations. It's a great opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification and set yourself up for long-term, qualified employment in the retail industry.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide friendly and professional customer service

• Assist customers with product information and purchases

• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactions

• Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising displays

• Keep the store clean, tidy, and organised

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures

• Work effectively as part of a team

• Support day-to-day store operations as required

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
