YOUR ROLE AT MAZZUCCHELLI'S:

The Jewellery Group is a high-growth, Australian company and we have an opportunity for a permanent, full-time Assistant Manager based in Belconnen, ACT.

As a leader in our brand, you'll be responsible for helping Mazzucchelli's achieve its vision, mission, and strategic objectives. You'll be responsible for leading a team focused on values and performance as we create a seamless end to end employment experience for our people.

• Team Leadership: You will develop and coach a of team of talented individuals, leading with our ETHOS and integrity front of mind.

• Sales Execution: Confidently implement the Mazzucchelli's Sales Framework to drive results and deliver memorable experiences.

• Client Relationship Building: Focus on creating meaningful customer connections and growing a loyal client base.

• Performance Coaching: Support team development through regular feedback, training, and recognition.

• Commercial Focus: Champion a results-driven culture by guiding the team toward meeting and exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and store budgets.

• Strategic Focus: Align daily store activity with broader brand and sales strategies to meet business targets.

• Culture Building: Foster a positive, inclusive, and purpose-driven team culture where individuals feel supported and valued.
