About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Personal Assistant contractor to join our team at Pinnacle Fitness Consulting in Highett, Victoria. As a part-time Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to our leadership team, playing a vital role in the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and prioritise a diverse range of administrative tasks, including diary management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and minute-taking
  • Support the leadership team with project management, research and report preparation
  • Maintain office systems and procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Liaise with various departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a similar personal assistant or executive assistant role is highly advantageous but not essential
  • Passionate about Health and Fitness and the Fitness Industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and efficient, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
