We have an exciting opportunity to discuss a partnership to start the sales division of our agency.

Progressive Property currently offers high-quality property management with a loyal client base and a growing portfolio. We are perfectly positioned to expand into sales and looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales agent to partner with.

The Offer

This will be a challenging but rewarding path in being a partner in your own agency. We want you to take the reins and run the sales division according to your vision. You will bring across your existing relationships and generate many new ones moving forward. There are broad responsibilities as you will be required to be across all areas of marketing and sales operations.

Prospecting as always will be a big part of your role and we will provide you with sales leads from our client base where possible.

We will provide support in marketing, compliance, administration, staffing and accounting, as well as be a source of leads from our rent roll.

The role features flexible splits of sales commission and equity depending on the candidate and additional commissions & equity from property management leads. More than the potential OTE is the ability to generate equity for future.

We aim to grow the sales division over time under your leadership.

Your Experience

- Proven experience/track record as a successful real estate sales agent (you must have 5+ years current experience as a sales agent)

- Very strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Highly organised and well presented

- Someone who has ambition to start their own division & values a small company dynamic where ambition, dedication and initiative will be highly rewarded

- Current NSW Real Estate Licence
